I ordered a sofa from modernfurnitureonline.com and it did get here in good shape. The annoying part was the delivery date changed twice and I had to keep chasing them for updates. It wasn’t a terrible experience just frustrating when you’ve planned your day around it. The sofa itself is nice though.

I was trying to check out, but my card just kept failing at the payment step. It was frustrating and made the whole process feel harder than it needed to be.

I’m probably a bit picky about product info, but the descriptions really didn’t give me enough to go on. I couldn’t clearly figure out the sizing or what the materials were, which made it frustrating to shop. Personally, I like knowing those details before buying, so this was annoying

I ordered the sideboard in oak, but a black one showed up instead. The label on the box was for a different item too, so I’m not sure how that even slipped through. I sent them photos right away, but it took a few days to hear back and then they asked for details I’d already given. Frustrating, and it makes me question the quality control a bit. I just wanted the item I actually paid for.

The wood feels really solid, not cheap or wobbly at all, and the finish looks even nicer in person. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it still looks brand new. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality

For me it was not really worth it. The return took way too long, and the whole hassle of it, I didn’t enjoy at all.
